These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through TIIMA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms.
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any TIIMA products.
About TIIMA
TIIMA creates editable digital wedding stationery templates designed to be personalised using Canva.
All products sold through this website are digital products. No physical stationery will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product description.
Digital Products
When you purchase a TIIMA template, you receive access to the digital files and Canva templates included in your chosen product.
A free Canva account is required to edit most templates. Some Canva features or elements may require a Canva Pro account, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
Templates are designed to be edited by the customer. TIIMA does not provide printed stationery unless specifically offered as a separate service.
Template Use & Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the template for one event only.
You may:
✓ Edit the template with your own wording and event details
✓ Download and print your finished stationery
✓ Use the completed design for your own personal celebration
You may not:
✗ Resell, redistribute or share the template link
✗ Provide access to the template to another person
✗ Sell or distribute edited versions of the template
✗ Use the template to create products for commercial sale
✗ Extract, copy or redistribute artwork, graphics or design elements included within the template
✗ Claim the design or artwork as your own
Additional purchases are required if the same design is used for another event.
Canva Templates
TIIMA templates are created using Canva.
While we aim to ensure templates work correctly at the time of purchase, TIIMA cannot be responsible for changes made by Canva to its platform, including changes to:
- Available fonts
- Canva features
- Design elements
- Platform functionality
Customers are responsible for checking their final designs before downloading or printing.
Editing & Printing
TIIMA templates are created with carefully considered layouts, typography and design elements.
Customers may personalise wording, names, dates, colours and other editable elements included within the template.
Changing the overall design, replacing typography or substantially altering the layout may affect the intended appearance of the design.
TIIMA is not responsible for printing results, colour variations or errors caused by third-party printers or customer editing.
We recommend checking final files before printing.
Intellectual Property
All TIIMA designs, templates, artwork, illustrations, layouts and written content remain the intellectual property of TIIMA.
Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design.
All rights not expressly granted under these terms remain with TIIMA.
Purchases & Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes where required.
Payment must be completed before access to digital products is provided.
Orders cannot be cancelled once digital access has been delivered, except where required by applicable consumer laws or where an error has occurred on our behalf.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not available once a template has been accessed or downloaded.
Please review product descriptions, images and included information before purchasing.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to access areas of the website without permission.
