WHAT IS A SIGNATURE COLLECTION?
Signature Collections are professionally designed wedding stationery suites that are personalised with your wedding details and supplied as print-ready artwork. Each collection offers a refined balance between bespoke design and editable templates, allowing you to achieve a cohesive and elegant stationery suite without starting from scratch.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Choose your preferred collection, submit your wording and details, receive your digital proof, request any included revisions, then receive your final print-ready artwork.
DO I RECEIVE EDITABLE FILES?
No. All artwork is professionally personalised by TIIMA and supplied as final print-ready files. Editable templates are not provided.
Once your final artwork has been approved, you may print with a supplier of your choice, print at home, or enquire about optional printing services through TIIMA.
WHAT FILES WILL I RECEIVE?
Final artwork is supplied as high-resolution print-ready PDF files prepared for professional printing.
IS PRINTING INCLUDED?
No. Collection prices include professionally personalised digital artwork only. Optional printing may be available for selected collections and is quoted separately.
CAN I USE MY OWN PRINTER / CAN I PRINT WITH ANY SUPPLIER?
Yes. Your final artwork can be printed with a supplier of your choice.
Files are supplied in professional print-ready formats suitable for most commercial printers.
If required, artwork can also be prepared to specific supplier requirements.
Can the fonts be changed?
Fonts are carefully selected as part of each collection’s design. Font changes are not available for semi-custom suites.
If you would like full typographic flexibility, this would be part of our bespoke design service.
WHAT CAN BE PERSONALISED?
Wedding wording, names, dates, venues and event details are personalised throughout the collection. Available options vary by collection.
HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
Two rounds of wording revisions are included before final artwork is supplied.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Proofs are typically delivered within 1–2 business days of receiving your wording. Final artwork is usually supplied within 1–2 business days of proof approval.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A MISTAKE AFTER PROOFING/PRINTING?
Digital proofs are provided for review and approval before final artwork is supplied or sent to print.
It is the client’s responsibility to carefully check all wording, spelling, dates, contact information and event details before approving proofs. Once final approval has been received, TIIMA cannot accept responsibility for any errors that were present in the approved artwork.
When printing through a third-party supplier, TIIMA is not responsible for print quality, colour variation, paper stock, trimming, production errors or any other issues arising during the printing process.
Please note that colours may appear differently across screens, printers and materials. Minor colour variation between digital proofs and printed products is normal.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGN?
Yes. A limited number of custom design commissions are accepted each year for couples seeking a completely tailored design experience.
